In celebration of our 15th Anniversary, Averis hosted a Corporate Shirt Design Contest to engage with all Friends of Averis in the process of designing this year’s corporate shirt. We called out to all Averians to submit corporate shirt designs that celebrate the 15th Anniversary and incorporate our TOPICC Core Values. We received many beautiful and creative designs, giving the panel judges a hard time deciding which wins – as we could only pick one to be printed this year.
There were two parts to the judging process, where one part is for our panel judges to determine which designs best carry our corporate message and image, while the other part is for all Averians to vote from the shortlisted designs. This Corporate Shirt Design Contest truly accomplish what it sets out to do – to engage with our people and involve everyone in the decision making!
The winning design features a pattern of colourful lines in the vibrant colours of TOPICC colours, representing the values of Complementary Team, Ownership, People, Integrity, Customer and Continuous Improvement. The lines are connected by orange dots – the orange from our corporate logo and the connecting dots shouts our culture of #BuildingConnectedness.
Our 15th Anniversary tagline of Celebrating 15 Years of Customer, People and Innovation is featured on the back and we have a QR code to www.averis.biz on our sleeve while the anniversary logo on the other sleeve. Our people are over the moon with this year’s design and we are very proud to be wearing the work of our talented colleague!
