Teamwork is not only about working collaboratively and creating synergy. It does not stop at productivity and results. Complementary Team, the first value in our TOPICC core values, goes beyond teamwork to provide different perspectives and broader exposures on top of delivering efficiencies. It is the way one grows and helps others grow.
During the first New Joiners Orientation in 2021, Chief Information Officer, Mr. Patrick Khoo shared with newly onboarded Averians on how working as a Complementary Team gives us invaluable learning opportunities that are otherwise hard to come by. At Averis, we hold the TOPICC core values very close to our hearts – they define the way we operate and shape our work culture.
Although it was a short 20-minute slot, Patrick also shared briefly several insights to the business and our work culture. We look forward to hearing more from him in the upcoming Town Hall.
