In our May New Joiner Orientation, our CIO, Mr. Patrick Khoo shared about our new employee engagement journey in the virtual work environment. This includes the introduction of new e-learning platforms as well as the converting of physical trainings into a blended trainings for Averians in our efforts to support their personal and professional growth.
In #BuildingConnectedness, the company is innovating to adopt various methods to connect with everyone, leveraging Technology and virtual communication tools, via which we not only communicate on work, but also to break down the invisible wall of the work-from-home culture to continue building and maintaining Connectedness among all Averians.
