Meet some of the new faces at Averis this month among the 21 newly-onboarded Averians with whom we’ve connected and engaged in the July New Joiner Orientation. This month, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is one of the key topics shared by our CIO, Mr. Patrick Khoo.
At Averis, Continuous Improvement is one of the TOPICC core values that we hold centre in everything we do. We are constantly looking at how work processes can be automated to improve performance, eliminate human errors and most importantly free up manpower for value-added tasks. Mr. Patrick Khoo further explained that the way to fully leverage on RPA is to stay ahead of automation and artificial intelligence. That is why Averis places emphasis in the training and growing our people to upskill and take on more exciting tasks.
