Friends of Averis who recently came onboard participated in the February New Joiner Orientation where Chief Information Office, Mr. Patrick Khoo shared our 15th Anniversary celebration highlights among other topics with them. During his session, he emphasised our work culture of Building Connectedness among team members and even inter-departments.
Building Connectedness has long been a focus among Averians and it is now even more important as we move from physical to virtual work environment. He reminded us that everyone in the team plays a vital role in Building Connectedness and all of us should take the Ownership of that role, living up to our TOPICC core values.
