Shipping Documentation (SD) is one of the most critical elements in international logistics, protecting all parties involved in the international trade process. Our SD Team comprises professionals with expertise and specialised knowledge of multi-country’s regulations, international export, shipping and insurance documentation procedures. Coupling with strong business acumen, we facilitate our customers’ international logistic value chain in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner. Our customers also rely on us to evaluate and minimise risks for a smooth and efficient process in international trades.
Our services include:
- Shipping Documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Certificate, Certificate Origin, Shipment Advice, and Advance Export Declaration (AED)
- Tracking of Shipping Documentation and Billing Data
- Letters of Credit (LC) Checking: administration of LCs, including validation against customers’ policies and requirements, handle and resolve LC discrepancy
- Bill submission and related procedures
